Für den Betrieb

Weniger Reibung. Mehr Raum für Gastfreundschaft.

BYDOSQR verbindet Gast, Service und Küche zu einem Ablauf, der sich natürlich anfühlt — für beide Seiten.

Why we built it

In hospitality every order costs footsteps. Menus are printed and out of date the moment a supplier changes a price. Guests only return if they happen to remember you.

BYDOSQR replaces the printed menu with a QR code on the table. Guests see the current menu in their own language and order directly; the kitchen receives the ticket in real time. Staff change prices and availability themselves in seconds. Every visit produces a guest contact you can reach again later.

What is included

Not a website builder with a hospitality skin, but the functions actually needed in daily operation.

Menu by QR code

One code per table. No download, no app, no registration — the menu opens in the guest's browser.

Ordering at the table

Guests order themselves and see immediately what is available. Repeat orders no longer need eye contact.

Kitchen in real time

The ticket appears the moment the guest orders. No slips of paper, no follow-up questions, no forgotten table.

Multilingual with no effort

The menu appears in the guest's language. In a region with international visitors that is not an extra but a requirement.

Guests who come back

Visits turn into contacts. A reason to return can be created deliberately instead of hoped for.

Numbers instead of instinct

What sells, what does not, and at what time. A basis for the menu, purchasing and staffing.

How rollout works

No rebuilding of your operation. Four steps, usually within a few days.

  1. 01

    Load the menu

We take over your existing menu including prices and allergens.

  2. 02

    Codes on the tables

You receive the QR codes designed and ready for table stands or cards.

  3. 03

    Go live

It runs from the first guest. Your team is briefed in about half an hour.

  4. 04

    Refine

After the first weeks we look at the numbers and adjust what is worth adjusting.

Questions about BYDOSQR

Do guests have to install an app?

No. The QR code opens the menu directly in the browser. No installation, no account, no hurdle before the first order.

Does this replace our service staff?

No, it takes walking off their hands. The time otherwise spent bringing menus and taking repeat orders becomes available for guests. Table service remains possible for everyone who wants it.

What does BYDOSQR cost?

The price depends on the size of the business and the scope you want. We name it concretely in the first conversation, together with a calculation of what it saves in time and printing.

Does it work with our POS system?

We check the integration before rollout. Where no interface exists, BYDOSQR runs independently and passes orders to the kitchen.

How many languages are possible?

As many as make sense. In Baden-Baden the usual set is German, English, French and Russian.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The printed menu remains the fallback and the business carries on as before. We do not build a system that shuts the place down when a line fails.

Do the maths first

What would this save you?

We look at your process and calculate what changes. If the number does not add up, you hear it from us before you commission anything.

We usually reply within 24 hours. No sales pitch, no mandatory subscription.
