Questions about pricing
Are these fixed prices or estimates?
They are starting prices for the scope described. After the first conversation you receive a quote with a fixed sum for a fixed scope. If the scope changes later, we name the price beforehand.
Why are you cheaper than other agencies?
Because there is no agency hierarchy to finance. You speak directly to the person who develops. That removes the layers which, at larger providers, sit between your budget and the actual work.
What if the project turns out bigger than expected?
We say so as soon as it becomes apparent, and you decide. A project that ends in a surprising final invoice costs us the referral — that does not add up for us.
Are there running costs?
Hosting and a domain apply, usually €10 to €40 per month depending on the project. A maintenance contract is possible but not a prerequisite for the site to run.
How is it invoiced?
Typically 50 % on commissioning and 50 % on handover. Larger projects are split into stages, each with a usable result.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first conversation is free and without obligation, and on site within the region. If we are not right for your plan, we say so there.
