BYDOS is an owner-run digital agency based in Baden-Baden. There is no sales team promising things development has to cope with later, and no three layers of project management for you to finance. From the first conversation you talk to the person who also builds the project.
It started with websites. The more interesting part came afterwards: nearly every business had a place where somebody typed data from one program into the next, wrote quotes by hand in the evening, or noted appointments three times over. Finding and eliminating those places is now the core of the work — the website is often just the visible part of it.
With BYDOSQR we also run a product of our own for hospitality. That changes the perspective: someone who handles their own support and explains their own outages builds differently from someone who never touches the system again after handover.
Consulting happens in German, English and Russian; hosting is in Germany. And if a project is not a fit, we say so in the first conversation and name who we would go to instead. A badly matched project costs both sides more than it brings in.

Code, access and documentation belong to you. We integrate existing software instead of forcing a switch that benefits us.

If an automation does not add up on paper, or a project belongs somewhere else, we say so — before you commission it.

Owner-run, with a fixed network of specialists for design, copy and individual technologies. For you it stays one contact who keeps the overview.
How do we reach you during a project?
By email, phone or WhatsApp — whichever suits you. Usually a reply the same working day, at the latest within 24 hours.
What happens after launch?
You get all access and a briefing. If you want ongoing support it exists; if not, the site keeps running without us.
Do you also work with very small businesses?
Yes. A farm shop, a medical practice or a two-person trade business are as often clients as an industrial supplier. The scope differs, the approach does not.
