A staffing agency has to convince employers and candidates at the same time. They look for entirely different things, and a shared website usually loses one of the two groups.
Solution
We split the site into two clearly separated paths that diverge in the navigation itself: one for companies with a vacancy, one for people with a CV. A five-step process from enquiry through post-placement support answers the main worry on both sides up front. Eight sectors are covered individually, and the whole site runs in German, English and Russian.
